In the unlikely circumstance that damage does occur, VIP makes the process of resolving your claim quick, easy, and hassle-free.  As soon as your claim is acknowledged in our claims department, it is given a claim number and assigned to a claims adjuster.  Your adjuster will review your claim, and contact you with further instructions.
